Scales

Description

Scales — an arthouse horror for fans of H.P. Lovecraft.

On an island beyond the sea mist lies an ancient secret. The faceless depths keep the voices of those who were sent to their final rest to save the harvest from drought. Age-old traditions demand sacrifices. But Hayat refuses to be just a victim.

When the sea calls, when the village demands blood, when a woman’s body becomes currency for survival — is there room for resistance? Or does resistance make you a monster?
